A Milledgeville man sentenced in Houston County Superior Court Thursday for possession of methamphetamine. 48 year old John Kipple was ordered by Judge Katherine Lumsden to 30 years, to serve seven in prison without parole. Kipple was arrested back in August 2007 during a traffic stop in Centerville. District Attorney George Hartwig says that ruling sends a strong message that lawmen in Houston County will continue to fight a drug scourge that tears apart families and ruins lives in our community.
