The junior varsity squads were also in action with Veterans posting a 143, the Greyhounds 152 and Panthers 180.
Warhawk Griffin Joyner was low medalist for the varsity with a three-over par 39, while Jacob Hall of Jones County earned low medalist honors for the junior varsity. He shot 46.
Other Veterans High standouts included Colburn Spears who shot 41 and W.H. Williams with a 42 – his best match score of the year.
The Lady Warhawks were also in action at the Blue Devil Invitational in Tifton. Veterans finished fifth in a nine-team field. It shot 193. Tift County was first with 152, followed by Thomas County Central with 171. Houston County was third with 174, followed by Colquitt with 177.
Top scorers for the Lady Warhawks were Megan Reddick with 95, Erica Heurter with 98, Hayley Adkins with 105 and Hayley Ritchie with 107.
