Big news for the city of Warner Robins and their quest for a higher standard of clean water as the City Council approved a 28 million dollar bond during its Thursday session to begin a complete overhaul of the Sandy Run Waste Water Treatment Plant.
And although the price tag of the bond is high, the city not only financed at a low rate, but was also able to re-finance some outstanding debt that will end up saving the city around 100 thousand dollars.
